SITE INSPECTOR - METRO ATLANTA

• General understanding of everyday technology like iPhones, iPads, email, CRMs, picture uploading, Google Maps navigating, etc.

• Ability to work confidently without supervision (after training)

Responsibilities

• Visiting various roof build sites daily as quality control
• Inspecting roofs for damages
• Sourcing roof leaks
• Explaining possible issues to homeowners about their house
• Taking pictures of all existing damages prior to roof build date
• Repairing small roof leaks
• Applying tarps to roofs for temporary repairs
• Picking up materials needed
• Keeping track of all receipts for any items purchased and making sure labeled for correct job number

Education Requirements

• Full Time availability
• Bilingual (Able to speak/read English & Spanish)
• Must be legal or have a US work permit
• Driver's License
• Experience in roofing is desired, but we can train.
