Stacey Mincey grew up around Lake Lanier in Cumming, Georgia — where summers meant swimming, kayaking, and dock parties that ran past sunset — and she still loves that Forsyth County has held onto its small-town vibe even as it continues to grow. She set out to be a teacher, and, as she'll cheerfully tell you, taming a room of thirty 4-year-olds is the only training she's needed to handle just about anything since. Her first sales job at Massage Envy taught her she was unusually good at it; she carried that instinct into the Marketing and Events department for a Financial Services Advisor, earning her Insurance License selling annuities and, during Covid, her Securities License as the firm expanded its RIA nationwide. Her love of sales is what brought her to Peachtree Roofing & Exteriors.

Stacey specializes in marketing strategy, onboarding and training design, lead generation, and SEO and GEO strategy. Her superpower is taming chaos and seeing the bigger picture. Her proudest win came in 2024, when she took on back-end SEO for the company website and grew web traffic by 11x, a number she still describes as "wild and exciting." The most rewarding part of her work is bringing new hires into the Peachtree culture and spending their first 90 days making them feel like part of the team — and behind the scenes, she is also the one quietly orchestrating the team when a homeowner needs an experience turned around. She lives by the line "today is a new beginning" and uses it as a daily reset: not every day can be the best day ever, but you can choose the mindset you walk in with.

At home, Stacey has three best friends in her corner — Shaina, Halie, and her little sister Nicole — plus her two cats, Tuna and Toby. Off the clock, she's on a long car ride with the windows down and the music up, hiking, painting, or making jewelry — anything that lets her creative side wander. Fun fact: as a kid, she was convinced she'd be famous and made her family sit through trampoline concerts until she realized fame, inconveniently, also requires talent. Five-year goal: visit every national park.
