Peyton Dixon grew up in South Florida — and still misses the beach — but Atlanta has been home for the last six years, and he loves the balance of city life and nature here. His professional origin story is more cinematic than most people's, literally: he studied film production and logistics management and spent his early career as an Assistant Director, working in high-level strategy, budget optimization, and what he happily calls "time manipulation" — finding creative ways to make impossible deadlines work. As the film and TV industry shifted, he pivoted intentionally, recognizing that his instincts for rapid, multi-departmental problem-solving were exactly what corporate operations needed.

At Peachtree, his superpower is what he calls "Logistical Alchemy" — taking dozens of conflicting schedules, limited resources, and sudden roadblocks and aligning them into one smooth operation. His specialties are wide: logistics, training curriculum curation and implementation, data management, dashboard and Excel formula building, automation, complex scheduling, cross-functional coordination, budget optimization, and quality assurance. The mentor line that still drives him, picked up on set: "Never get comfortable; always have a backup plan." His big "aha" came from realizing that the best problem-solving happens the second you step out of your comfort zone — and that standing up for what is right and safe matters more than convenience. He brings the same fierce advocacy to clients that he once brought to his crews.

Outside of work, Peyton shares his home with roommates and an ever-growing collection of houseplants. He is into thrifting, traveling, and finding his next vibey local restaurant. Fun fact: he is a pole vaulter and can clear 13 feet in the air. Bucket-list trip: Japan, by bullet train, top to bottom.
